The roadmap doesn't exist yet — you'll define it. You'll work with a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers and: Define and own the growth platform strategy and roadmap — the foundational capabilities that unlock conversion, activation, retention, and market scalability. Translate platform investments into business outcomes — every capability has a clear hypothesis for how it moves a growth metric, shipped incrementally and not after a six-month build. Embed AI where it genuinely improves outcomes — identifying the moments where an intelligent layer makes the experience materially better. Enable dynamic experiences across landing pages, onboarding, and in-product surfaces — the CMS, feature flagging, and content infrastructure that lets teams move without engineering dependency. Build a tech stack that launches a new market in weeks, not months. This is a platform role, not an infrastructure role. You care about what the platform enables for patients and growth teams — and you ship incrementally to prove it.
