Our customer is a leading waste management coordinator in Europe. ELEKS Product Manager (German-speaking) in Poland, Croatia and Germany.

Job Responsibility

  • Take full product ownership of an internal IT tool for material flow management, scheduling, and reporting in a waste-to-energy environment
  • Lead the product through upcoming development phases, including expansion of functionality, coverage, and advanced reporting & analytics features
  • Act as Product Manager and ensure continuity after handover from the previous owner
  • Align with key stakeholders (business users, project sponsors, IT, and management) to define priorities and ensure business value delivery
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog in line with budget, business needs, and technical constraints
  • Define requirements and user stories, taking on selected Product Owner and Business Analyst responsibilities where needed
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure effective delivery of features and improvements
  • Present product increments and demonstrate delivered business value to stakeholders
  • Ensure clear communication on progress, priorities, risks, and roadmap
  • Drive overall product alignment between business objectives and technical implementation

Requirements

  • 15 years of experience in IT / Tech
  • 5+ years as Business Analyst / Product Owner (technical background is a strong plus)
  • 3+ years as Product Manager
  • Domain knowledge: Energy / Sustainability (a big plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to structure complex and ambiguous problem spaces
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and enterprise clients
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced German (written and spoken)
  • Availability for occasional travel to Germany
