Job Responsibility:

  • Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap aligned to the companies vision and strategy
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Work directly with a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver value often
  • Spend time with customers to discover new product ideas, identify product improvements and validate product solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
  • Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer value and business impact
  • Work closely with product marketing and sales to launch new products to customers
  • Monitor product performance and use quantitative and qualitative insight to drive continuous improvement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries
  • Own the suite of products that help our enterprise clients navigate currency risk and optimize their operations
  • Build sophisticated FX risk management tools
  • Understand the nuances of how different businesses experience FX risk
