Job Description

As Product Manager for Marshall headphones, you will help shape the future of our headphone category, from the earliest ambition and concept stage to the launch and through the lifecycle. You will turn insights into products users love, define long-term direction, and collaborate closely with design, tech, and commercial teams. Your work will ensure that our headphones continue to deliver meaningful experiences to people around the world.

Job Responsibility

  • Secure strong product–market fit by balancing user desirability, business viability, and technical feasibility
  • Analyse user feedback and market insights to build a deep understanding of consumer behaviours and trends
  • Define discovery hypotheses and explore opportunities together with tech and design leads
  • Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap, including business case and long-term ambitions
  • Guide and align the product team around shared objectives and priorities
  • Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams in go-to-market activities
  • Ensure efficient product portfolio and lifecycle management
  • Monitor user experience and business performance of products on the market
  • Drive development with a focus on both product impact and business outcomes
  • Anchor prioritisation, direction, and decisions across cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
  • Background in Consumer Electronics or hardware products
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with product development
  • Experience managing product portfolios and lifecycles
  • Skilled in analysing market data, trends, consumer insights, and user needs to shape product strategy
  • Strong interest in tech trends and solid technical understanding
