Job Description:

Circle K is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of innovative eMobility solutions in Oslo, Norway. The role involves understanding customer needs, owning outcomes, driving product strategy, and collaborating across departments to deliver high-quality solutions. Candidates should have experience delivering impactful products, strong analytical and collaboration skills, and a growth mindset.

Job Responsibility:

Solve real problems for business customers by understanding needs and delivering products that make work easier and more efficient
Define and prioritize problems, set clear goals, and measure success by the value delivered to customers and the business
Shape the roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality solutions at speed
Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, and operations teams
Use data, feedback, and experimentation to refine solutions and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

You’ve delivered impactful products and can point to real outcomes for users and the business
You’re comfortable working with digital platforms and understand how to balance customer needs, technical realities, and business goals
You’re analytical, decisive, and thrive in environments where priorities shift and learning is constant
You communicate clearly and collaborate well, also in complex stakeholder constellations
You bring curiosity, drive, and a growth mindset

Nice to have:

Experience scaling products across multiple markets
Exposure to B2B SaaS, mobility, or payments
Familiarity with platform architecture, team topologies and domain-driven design
