The Product Manager is responsible for the success of the product across its full lifecycle. This includes defining the product vision, gathering and prioritising customer and business requirements, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, support, and other key stakeholders to deliver strong business outcomes. The role combines strategic thinking with practical execution.
Job Responsibility:
Own product initiatives from idea through discovery, delivery, launch, and ongoing improvement
Develop and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business goals
Write clear product definitions
Prioritise needs across customers, features, technical improvements, and operational efficiency
Define product pricing and positioning with input from key stakeholders
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user journeys, and prototypes
Lead the product development cycle from discovery to launch and iteration
Prioritise work based on customer impact and business value
Manage roadmaps, releases, beta testing, and pilot programmes
Build a strong understanding of the customer experience and identify opportunities to improve it
Use customer behaviour, usage trends, and feedback to inform product decisions
Analyse data to identify issues, opportunities, and new feature ideas
Define and track KPIs that measure product and business impact
Build trust and buy-in for the product vision across the business and with external partners
Lead discussions to gather business and technical requirements
Address escalations by framing problems clearly and supporting solution development
Share product and market insights with stakeholders
Gather client feedback and share insights with internal teams
Track key client success measures, including usage, satisfaction, and retention
Represent the client voice in product and service discussions
Requirements:
Proven experience in product management and product development
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable working in a data-driven environment
Able to interpret feedback and turn it into practical recommendations

Experience managing digital asset workflows or similar product/process solutions
