Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for the growth and monetization of our D2C products — from positioning strategy and funnel architecture to A/B testing, unit economics management, and building scalable marketing infrastructure.

Job Responsibility

  • Building LP, PDP, and advertorial funnels from idea to production
  • Develop funnel structure, offers, CTAs, and conversion flows
  • Launch and analyze A/B tests
  • Identify funnel gaps using Hotjar and analytics tools
  • Prioritize hypothesis backlogs using ICE / RICE frameworks
  • Conduct and design user testing interviews
  • Use Claude, ChatGPT, and AI tools as part of your daily workflow
  • Build AI-assisted workflows for rapid concept testing
  • Design subscription mechanics, bundles, and retention strategies
  • Work on CAC, AOV, LTV, and unit economics through experiments
  • Analyze competitor trends and market insights

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with landing pages, funnels, or quizzes
  • Experience launching and analyzing A/B tests
  • Understanding of direct-response UX and conversion psychology
  • Experience scaling e-commerce or digital products
  • Using Claude as part of a real working workflow
  • Understanding of such metrics as CAC, AOV, LTV, and payback period
  • Experience with analytical instruments such as GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar analytics tools
  • Basic understanding of experiment methodology and statistical significance
