Our mission is to build multimodal AI to expand human imagination and capabilities. We believe that multimodality is critical for intelligence. To go beyond language models and build more aware, capable and useful systems, the next step function change will come from vision. So we are working on training and scaling up multimodal foundation models for systems that can see and understand, show and explain, and eventually interact with our world to effect change. Dream Machine is an early step to building that. We’re seeking a consumer focused Product Manager who lives and breathes product-led growth (PLG) and creative workflows. As the first PM dedicated to Dream Machine, you’ll own the roadmap, drive rapid adoption, and set PM best practices from day one. You’ll partner with research, engineering, design, and marketing to turn visionary AI research into polished, high-impact features loved by creators.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the end-to-end product strategy for Dream Machine, translating user insights into AI-driven creative features
  • Launch and iterate on pro-level photo and video tools, driving growth in active users
  • Lead cross-functional sprints, balance trade-offs, and maintain a clear roadmap in a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct user research with professional creators to validate feature ideas and optimize engagement loops
  • Establish A/B testing and analytics for core interactions (e.g., brush tools, masking, timeline scrubbing)
  • Collaborate on go-to-market plans to ensure successful feature launches and adoption

Requirements

  • 5+ years shipping consumer-facing creative or editing tools (web or mobile) for professional audiences
  • Deep expertise in photo/video workflows and UI/UX prototyping (wireframes, micro-interactions, pixel polish)
  • Strong analytics background: comfortable defining metrics, building funnels, and iterating on retention
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in high-agency, ambiguous environments
  • Passionate about AI and eager to integrate generative and automation technologies into your roadmap

  • Build large switchboard structures and subassemblies using pre-fabricated metal parts (steel and copper), following engineering schematics and electrical drawings
  • Mount and brace horizontal and vertical bus, risers and bus supports inside structures in sequential order
  • Use a variety of manufacturing equipment, high power torque tools, jigs/fixtures and fabrication machines such as punch presses and band saws
  • Construct pallets following engineering design requirements
  • Ensure strong assembly fundamentals are used at all times (ie., use of proper hardware, applying correct torque, using consistent fastening methods, checking tool calibration)
  • Identify design issues in mechanical and electrical schematics and raise them through the correct channels
  • Visually inspect parts and material before and after assembly for conformance to drawings, quality standards and customer specifications, and make mechanical adjustments as needed
  • Check parts picked/delivered to those required using the bill of materials, resolving issues with the Team Lead
  • Repair or rework issues detected during the inspection/test stage of the job
  • Cross-train and backfill other employees/job functions when necessary
