Job Responsibility:
Lead product strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive product strategy that supports both short- and long-term business success
Develop and drive lifecycle management: Lead product lines from new product introduction through end-of-life, including configuration, pricing, and production transitions
Analyze market trends: Identify global market trends, adjacent opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform go-to-market plans
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing/Operations, Sales, and Support teams to align products with customer needs and market trends
Partner with customers and sales: Serve as a subject-matter expert in test applications, competitive alternatives, and customer requirements
support key opportunities and manage customer-facing activities such as proposals and pricing
Ensure forecasting and reporting: Manage the business forecast, synthesize market and business results, and support business reviews and inventory decisions
Build enablement and collateral: Create and maintain supporting materials including competitive differentiation, pricing strategy, and sales collateral
Sustain continuous improvement: Identify product management and marketing process improvements and enabling technologies to increase productivity and decision-making efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related technical role
Product development, manufacturing integration, and customer support
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
Strong analytical skills (forecasting, market analysis, business reporting)
Excellent written and verbal communication
ability to present complex information clearly
Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
Nice to have:
MBA or equivalent advanced management education
Prior experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry
familiarity with PLM platforms (e.g., Teamcenter), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools
