Job Responsibility:

  • Lead product strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive product strategy that supports both short- and long-term business success
  • Develop and drive lifecycle management: Lead product lines from new product introduction through end-of-life, including configuration, pricing, and production transitions
  • Analyze market trends: Identify global market trends, adjacent opportunities, and competitive positioning to inform go-to-market plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing/Operations, Sales, and Support teams to align products with customer needs and market trends
  • Partner with customers and sales: Serve as a subject-matter expert in test applications, competitive alternatives, and customer requirements
  • support key opportunities and manage customer-facing activities such as proposals and pricing
  • Ensure forecasting and reporting: Manage the business forecast, synthesize market and business results, and support business reviews and inventory decisions
  • Build enablement and collateral: Create and maintain supporting materials including competitive differentiation, pricing strategy, and sales collateral
  • Sustain continuous improvement: Identify product management and marketing process improvements and enabling technologies to increase productivity and decision-making efficiency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related technical role
  • Product development, manufacturing integration, and customer support
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Strong analytical skills (forecasting, market analysis, business reporting)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • ability to present complex information clearly
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally

Nice to have:

  • MBA or equivalent advanced management education
  • Prior experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry
  • familiarity with PLM platforms (e.g., Teamcenter), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools
