Job Description

Technical Product Manager role to lead the evolution of the Public Sector Data Engine, building tools to measure and improve computer vision and generative AI models for critical national security systems. Focus on transitioning from a data labeling leader to a full-stack AI partner.

Job Responsibility

  • Architect the vision for ML Ops tooling
  • Build a seamless foundational engine for data management, curation, model development, and model evaluation
  • Guide engineering teams through design challenges, system integrations, and technical scaffolding
  • Drive the roadmap for Public Sector ML Ops tools
  • Support diverse customer profiles
  • Partner with Engineering to make high-stakes design decisions on infrastructure, APIs, and model evaluation frameworks
  • Use high EQ and structured thinking to align Engineering, Operations, and Government stakeholders

Requirements

  • Background in Software Engineering, Field Engineering, or Vision Systems
  • Experience in Computer Vision or ML Ops
  • Understanding of the lifecycle of a model—from data acquisition to Test & Evaluation
  • Grit and drive to deliver results in high-pressure environments
  • Structured thinking and action orientation
  • Active Secret or TS/SCI security clearance

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree (CS, Engineering, or a related field) from a top-tier institution, or equivalent experience
  • Practical experience designing, building, or evaluating large-scale Computer Vision models, including advanced data processing and deployment techniques
