Job Description

In the KMD Case Management business area, we are responsible for products and compliance within case and document management. We come from a foundation in Case and Document Management, moving into a Low Code Application Platform (LCAP) KMD WorkZone, working with processes in areas that deal with people, cases and documents. We are a central player in the Danish market having international ambitions where we cover a wide range of clients within the Central Administration, Municipalities, Universities, and Security area.

Job Responsibility

  • Bridging the gap between customers' wishes and requirements in tenders and contracts and tying these together with our various product tracks ensuring the right innovation on the platform
  • Work to solve the customer's specific challenges and – in collaboration with other product managers or departments in KMD and NEC – find the right solutions to expand the platform with relevant building blocks
  • Actively participate in sales and conference presentations and present KMD Case Management
  • Working with many stakeholders internal and external requiring good stakeholder management skills
  • Coordinating with customers on tender requirements to the platform
  • Ensure scope is defined correctly and bridged from customer to Platform
  • Coordinate with Tech Teams and Platform Teams to ensure correct specified scope
  • Ensure Proper Estimates in collaboration with development
  • Ensure milestones are met and aligned with customer expectations

Requirements

  • Background as a product owner, business specialist or project manager
  • Outgoing and used to facilitating and conducting dialogues with customers
  • Thrive on innovation and have great drive to run tasks yourself within the framework that is in place
  • Speak fluent Danish and English
