As a Product Manager CTV, your mission is to elevate Sparteo's Connected TV product offering (FAST Channels, Android app, and future TV OS expansions), driving strategic initiatives, fostering innovation, and aligning product vision with Sparteo’s global ambition. You will have a transformative impact on our CTV ecosystem, scaling products effectively across markets and delivering powerful experiences to viewers, publishers, and advertisers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and champion a clear, innovative long-term strategy for Sparteo’s CTV products (Fast Channels, Android TV App, multi-platform TV OS)
  • Align the CTV product vision closely with Sparteo’s mission: enhancing media value through AI-driven, user-centric advertising solutions
  • Drive strategic decisions balancing viewer experience, advertising monetization goals and technical sustainability
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Infrastructure, Content, UX/UI, Sales, Marketing) to achieve ambitious CTV product milestones
  • Foster cohesive collaboration and transparent communication to ensure strategic alignment and efficient execution
  • Actively represent Sparteo’s CTV products during external meetings, industry events, and client presentations, positioning Sparteo as an innovative leader in Connected TV
  • Continuously analyze and identify trends in Connected TV, OTT streaming technologies, and the AdTech ecosystem
  • Conduct thorough market research to detect growth opportunities and clearly differentiate Sparteo’s CTV products
  • Benchmark competitors and industry leaders to consistently position Sparteo as a market leader in streaming, monetization, and viewer experience
  • Collaborate directly with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data teams to develop innovative, cutting-edge CTV features
  • Ensure seamless integration of the CTV product into the broader Sparteo ecosystem, creating a unified, intuitive experience
  • Integrate advanced AI-driven enhancements to maximize advertising performance and ROI across all distribution platforms
  • Build scalable processes and solutions to support Sparteo’s international CTV expansion
  • Implement tailored solutions to meet diverse market needs, viewer expectations, and monetization goals
  • Continuously track and measure product success through clear and relevant KPIs (user engagement, retention, revenue performance)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in Product Management roles, with substantial experience in CTV, OTT, streaming, or related environments
  • Demonstrable success managing high-impact, complex products across multiple teams, platforms, or geographies
  • Strong expertise in Connected TV technologies (Android TV, Web, Roku, Samsung, LG, Apple TV)
  • Proven understanding of streaming monetization models (FAST, AVOD, SVOD) and the wider AdTech ecosystem (oRTB)
  • Experience with UX/UI product development for TV platforms
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, and leveraging data insights effectively
