Product Manager CT and LIC – Italy and France

• Manage the entire product lifecycle of CT and LIC products, from specification definition to product launch and post-launch monitoring
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product strategies and go-to-market plans
• Analyze the market and competition to identify growth and innovation opportunities
• Coordinate product development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, costs, and quality standards
• Support technical and commercial training to ensure clear communication of product value
• Monitor sales performance and customer feedback to optimize the product portfolio
• Manage relationships with suppliers and strategic partners to ensure product competitiveness and quality
• Collaborate strategically with sales and marketing functions at EMEA and global levels, ensuring alignment of product activities with company objectives

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Chemical or related fields
• At least 3 years of experience in product management roles, preferably in the coatings sector, ideally industrial coatings
• Strong market analysis skills and results-oriented mindset
• Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently (Italy-France), approximately 50% of the time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and international environments
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of French is also valued positively
