Our Client is looking for a Product Manager to help us build the next generation of credit insurance tooling. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complexity - writing crisp specs, driving delivery, solving real customer problems, and shaping the roadmap through deep user insight. You’ll work closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and the product team to ensure we’re building high-quality features that meet user needs and drive business outcomes.
Job Responsibility:
Own product initiatives end-to-end - work with customers, carriers, and internal teams to define problems, write clear requirements, and drive delivery of features across the TRUST platform.
Translate business workflows into software - develop deep understanding of trade credit insurance processes (A/R files, debtor limits, claims, reporting) and turn them into intuitive product experiences.
Lead cross-functional execution - partner with engineering, design, customer success, and sales to prioritize the initiative roadmap, clarify requirements, and ensure features are delivered and adopted by clients.
Continuously improve product processes, including ideation discovery, stakeholder communication, backlog grooming, ticket clarity, testing, documentation, and internal communications.
Monitor product usage and health signals to inform enhancements, improve onboarding and compliance workflows, and proactively address issues
Requirements:
7+ years’ experience in software product development environments, with at least 4 years as a B2B SaaS Product Manager, preferably in complex industries such as fintech, compliance, or enterprise platforms.
Proven ability to write detailed business requirements, map workflows, and reason through edge cases.
Experience collaborating with engineers and delivering features in an agile environment
Excellent written communication, comfortable writing specs, tickets, updates
Strong track record of leading cross-functional efforts involving Sales, CS, and external stakeholders
Experience with tools such as Jira, Figma, Confluence.
Due to the initiative ownership, performance expectations, and high visibility of this position, the role regularly works outside of business hours to successfully perform essential duties.
Occasional travel for meetings.
