Join PeopleGrove as a Product Manager to lead client-driven product initiatives and enhance core modules within our SaaS platform dedicated to higher education institutions. This role is not just about managing a backlog. It is about understanding the real problem, prioritizing intentionally, and shipping high-quality solutions that create lasting value.
Job Responsibility:
Client request intake and synthesis
Problem framing and discovery
Strategic product ownership for assigned product areas
Roadmap and prioritization
End-to-end delivery with Engineering and Design
Stakeholder alignment
Develop a deep understanding of users and how they interact with your modules
Identify themes across client requests and convert them into scalable product opportunities
Define clear product requirements and success metrics
Balance short-term client needs with long-term platform integrity
Maintain clear documentation of product decisions, trade-offs, and rationale
Contribute to improving product discovery and intake processes
Partner with Engineering to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and technically sound
Requirements:
2 to 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or a similar environment
Demonstrated ability to conduct customer discovery and translate insights into clear product requirements
Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform decisions
Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering and Design
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing stakeholder priorities
Nice to have:
Experience in higher education, workforce outcomes, or related industries
Familiarity with product analytics tools
