Job Description

We're looking for a Product Manager contractor to join the Decision Tools team for 6+ months, working on AI Personas — synthetic consumer personas grounded in a company's own research.

Job Responsibility

  • Own discovery and definition for AI Personas workstreams: customer interviews, problem framing, prioritisation, and specs
  • Work directly with insights teams at large CPG companies to validate what we build before we build it
  • Partner with engineering and design in two-week sprints, keeping scope tight and decisions explicit
  • Synthesise customer signal from calls, support, and sales into a ranked view of what matters
  • Contribute to the broader Decision Tools roadmap, including how Personas connects to launch simulation and prediction

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise customers
  • Demonstrated work on AI/ML-powered products — you understand model limitations, evaluation, and how to design for probabilistic outputs
  • Strong written communication: you can frame a decision in one page and a problem in one paragraph
  • Comfort with ambiguity in an early product area — you generate clarity rather than wait for it
  • Available to start within 4 weeks
  • your working hours give at least 4 hours of daily overlap with CET working hours
  • Must be a current resident for tax purposes in one of the chosen locations (Germany, Spain, Sweden, The Netherlands, The UK)
  • Bonus: experience in market research, marketing analytics, or CPG

Nice to have

experience in market research, marketing analytics, or CPG

What we offer

  • remote-first and globally spread team
  • company events a couple of times each year
  • competitive compensation package
  • possibility of working with cutting-edge technology (such as GenAI)
  • zero micro-management
  • fun, collaborative environment

Requirements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience on data/analytics products within a modern product organisation
  • You've built analytics for executives or senior leaders - people who need insights pushed to them, not analysts who hunt for data. You understand the difference between interesting data and actionable insight
  • You start with the business question, not the data. Your first instinct is "what decision are they trying to make?" rather than "what data do we have?"
  • You have strong opinions on data visualisation for time-poor executives and a clear rationale for every data point you include in your solutions
  • You've worked in enterprise B2B (not B2C product analytics). Healthcare experience is a strong plus
  • You figure out what works by talking to customers and watching them use the product
  • You're capable of explaining things to engineers, salespeople, support agents and CEOs alike
  • You’re fluent in English (spoken and written)
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • Own Application Intelligence at Userlane. You'll shape what we build across App Discovery, HEART Analytics and Portfolio Overview to help enterprise CIOs and IT leaders see where software spending delivers value and where it creates waste
  • Delivering outcome-linked metrics: Evolve our HEART Analytics to connect usage data to business outcomes like cost savings, efficiency and compliance risk that enterprise executives can take action on
  • Building for time-poor executives: Design analytics that bring insights to leaders and answers "what should I do?" not just "what happened?"
  • Scaling portfolio intelligence: Define how to connect engagement, cost and risk data across hundreds of applications, helping executives understand where value is created or lost in their software portfolio
  • Connecting fragmented data sources: Define the integration strategy to combine Userlane behavioural data with cost data from SAM tools, license data from IT asset management and employee data from HR systems
  • Transforming insights into action: Define what turns raw usage data into insights that drive action, not just dashboards people look at once
  • AI adoption governance: Extend analytics to measure how AI assistants and agents affect productivity, cost and ROI

Requirements
  • 3 to 6 years in a B2B SaaS web PM, growth PM, or digital marketing role
  • Deep SEO/GEO fluency: understands both technical SEO and AI-era search (GEO, AEO, LLM citation optimization). Not just someone who 'does SEO'
  • Hands-on with WordPress, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. You can do things, not just delegate them
  • PLG mindset: has owned or materially contributed to self-serve signup flows, not just inbound demo forms
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and website personalization or AI SDR tools
  • Can write a clear brief, review developer output, and QA a page. Not a pure PM who only writes tickets
  • Marketing automation form and lead routing familiarity a strong plus
  • Data-literate: reads attribution funnels, pulls from BI dashboards, and acts on what you find
  • Strong communicator across marketing, product, sales, and engineering
Job Responsibility

  • Drive organic discovery across traditional and AI-era search
  • GEO (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Grok) is a primary investment, and AEO (featured snippets, People Also Ask, zero-click) is core

  • Define keyword and topic strategy by funnel stage with content and product marketing
  • manage the AI content/SEO agency day-to-day (calendar, brief quality, output accountability)
  • Build and maintain GEO measurement: AI referral traffic and brand citation rate in AI-generated responses
  • Optimize the full funnel — visitor to demo and visitor to free trial (try.coralogix.com) — with free trial signups tracked as a standalone growth metric
  • Implement and optimize the website AI SDR for real-time, multi-path engagement, not just 'book a meeting'
  • Define and test PLG landing paths: free trial flows, product-led signup entry points, and self-serve onboarding handoffs
  • Run A/B and real-time experimentation on CTAs, hero copy, and landing pages
