Job Responsibility:
Monitor sales performance to ensure it aligns with the long‑term strategy, and partner with local markets to drive buy‑in for new commercial initiatives
Develop competitive product positioning and value drivers and build strong claims to support marketing and sales activities
Lead HQ‑driven commercial efforts for market expansions, ensuring each expansion aligns with the global portfolio strategy
Serve as the commercial lead for stakeholders in Global Operations, including major life‑cycle management projects
Travel approximately 10–20 days per year to collaborate face to face with subsidiaries and engage with partners around the world
Requirements:
2+ years of experience within global product management, strategic marketing, business development or a market-oriented commercial function
Fluent in English
Hold a commercial master’s degree or equivalent
Possibly have experience within the health care or medical device industry or a similarly regulated field
