Product Manager - Continence Care Pipeline & Portfolio

• Monitor sales performance to ensure it aligns with the long‑term strategy, and partner with local markets to drive buy‑in for new commercial initiatives
• Develop competitive product positioning and value drivers and build strong claims to support marketing and sales activities
• Lead HQ‑driven commercial efforts for market expansions, ensuring each expansion aligns with the global portfolio strategy
• Serve as the commercial lead for stakeholders in Global Operations, including major life‑cycle management projects
• Travel approximately 10–20 days per year to collaborate face to face with subsidiaries and engage with partners around the world

• 2+ years of experience within global product management, strategic marketing, business development or a market-oriented commercial function
• Fluent in English
• Hold a commercial master’s degree or equivalent
• Possibly have experience within the health care or medical device industry or a similarly regulated field
