As Glean’s Connectors PM, you’ll expand Glean’s connectors library, improve and deepen our existing product integrations, and improve our Indexing API and custom connector capabilities.

Job Responsibility:

  • Spend a lot of time with our customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
  • Develop key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers’ needs with our product vision
  • Empower your team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment
  • Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management at SaaS companies, primarily serving large enterprises with responsibilities spanning customer-facing surfaces and features as well as internal capabilities and services
  • Strong technical background and experience with API-first products, integration paths, and 3rd party product partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
