As a Senior Product Manager – Connectivity, you’ll accelerate the share of connected inventory (hotels with direct connectivity) and make connected offers outperform traditional ones. You’ll work closely with internal teams (Tech, Data, Business, Ops) and external partnerships (connectivity providers, channel managers, B2B platforms) to deliver measurable impact on conversion, availability, and margin.
Job Responsibility:
Define and own the product vision for connectivity (technologies, partners, scope)
Prioritize problems and solutions based on data (conversion, availability, margin, UX)
Drive integrations with providers (Channel Managers, PMS, CRS, XML APIs)
Experiment with UX and merchandising to optimize performance
Enable internal teams with self-serve tools and workflows
Establish performance reviews using dashboards, A/B testing, and feedback loops
Requirements:
6+ years in Product Management
Strong exposure to travel connectivity ecosystems (e.g. channel managers, PMS, CRS), with the ability to quickly ramp up on ARI flows and partner APIs
Strong business impact & delivery mindset: proven ability to focus on outcomes over outputs, prioritize based on business value (conversion, availability, margin), and drive end-to-end delivery in complex, cross-functional environments
Communicate well in English and French
