Job Description:

This pivotal role supports Spring by Citi, our payment acceptance solution. As a Commercial Product Manager, you'll develop and execute commercial strategies and product plans to drive market penetration, revenue growth, and competitive advantage. Working closely with global sales teams and Product Management, you'll ensure product offerings are optimized for commercial impact throughout their lifecycle. Your objective is to accelerate commercialization, expand market share, and solidify our competitive position across EU and UK clusters, while supporting global initiatives.

  • Commercial Strategy & Sales Partnership: Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive successful product launches and commercialization, ensuring market readiness and sales enablement

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable commercial product management experience in finance (Payments or Card Acquiring preferred)
  • Proven commercial acumen: strong understanding of sales cycles, revenue drivers, market dynamics, and profitability
  • Ability to partner with sales to drive product adoption, achieve revenue targets, and win business
  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, commercialization, and sales enablement
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, client-facing experience
  • Broad functional experience in market analysis, business development, product commercialization, and sales support
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adjust priorities quickly
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication, especially for commercial strategies and value propositions
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a commercial lens
