Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager (Commercial Platform & Partner Growth) to join Metrify Smart Metering and take end-to-end ownership of the core B2B product serving our partners. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Growth, and external partners to turn complex market, regulatory, and operational requirements into scalable software solutions. You will build products that make smart meter integration, rollout, and operations simple, reliable, and scalable for our partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a core B2B smart metering product, from discovery to partner rollout and ongoing optimization, including APIs and system integrations
  • Translate regulatory, operational, and partner requirements into a clear roadmap, actionable user stories, and partner capabilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Growth, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery, fast onboarding, and reliable partner adoption
  • Define and track success metrics focused on partner adoption, onboarding speed, and automation reliability
  • Continuously gather feedback from partners and internal stakeholders to improve usability, integration experience, and operational performance
  • Drive strategic efforts to make it easy for partners to deploy and operate smart meters reliably at scale

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in product management in a B2B or infrastructure product, where partner adoption was the key outcome
  • Experience in navigating complex domains involving regulation, systems integration, and working directly with partners to support them with growth initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially Engineering and Growth
  • Familiar with API design and integrations
  • Communicates clearly in English
  • Embodies agile values and takes ownership of identifying the problem, defining what needs to be built, and shaping the solution as it evolves

Nice to have:

  • Experience in energy markets, smart metering, or regulatory processes
  • Knowledge of German
