Job Description

The Product Manager for Managed Cloud Services will be responsible for identifying market trends and designing new cloud portfolio services. Candidates should have a degree in IT or economics and 3-5 years of experience in SAP technology consulting. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented thinking are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Identifying and evaluating market trends and new technologies for IaaS and Paas Services for SAP customer base (Managed Cloud Services)
  • Playing an active role in creating managed services portfolio roadmaps
  • Designing new global managed cloud portfolio services in terms of content, offerings, and cost calculation
  • Taking on end-to-end service offer management (go-to-market, portfolio, delivery) with a focus on portfolio lifecycle management
  • Supporting the sales and presales teams with expertise
  • Maintaining key product documentation (SOWs, costing, pricing, sales enablement) in collaboration with Presales & Bid Management
  • Providing internal teams with product knowledge and conducting enablement sessions to ensure readiness for market launch
  • Preparing decision-making templates for senior/executive management

Requirements

  • Degree in (business) information technology, economics or comparable qualification
  • At least 3-5 years professional experience in SAP technology consulting, operations and support
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP), Infrastructure-as-a-Service or Platform-as-a-Service
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP products and technology (S/4HANA, SAP Netweaver, SAP ECC)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and/or German
  • Willingness for occasional travel, including (inter)nationally
  • Customer-oriented thinking and acting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident manner
  • Team-oriented approach to work, including in an international environment
