Job Description:

We are seeking a product manager to own one of Stedi's products end-to-end. You will help shape requirements, drive prioritization, and work with engineering to execute on the roadmap. This role requires someone who can thrive in ambiguity, translate complex customer needs into actionable product direction, and relentlessly pursue product performance and quality.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our clearinghouse offering
  • Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to develop product direction
  • Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g. PR/FAQs, BRDs, GitHub tickets)
  • Work with our healthcare customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product
  • Work with our design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and our engineering team to prioritize and deliver features
  • Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment
  • Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement
  • Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives, helping to advance Stedi’s overall product suite

Requirements:

  • Substantial product management experience at a healthcare B2B software company with a track record of delivering successfully-adopted UI and/or API products
  • 2+ years working in healthcare, specifically revenue cycle management, at a digital health provider strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field strongly preferred
  • Have an established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap
  • You can translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience
  • Highly curious
