Job Description

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead our Business Insights & AI vertical — a strategic product area at the heart of bsport’s next phase of growth. This team’s mission is twofold: 1️⃣ Business Insights — Make performance visible and understandable; 2️⃣ Intelligent Operations — From insight to execution. This is a role for someone who is comfortable thinking ahead while staying practical — exploring how data and AI can meaningfully improve how fitness studios operate, without losing sight of product quality, trust, and execution.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and drive the vision for Business Insights, AI, and agent-powered experiences, aligned with bsport’s company strategy
  • Own the product roadmap, balancing foundational BI capabilities, innovation bets, and AI-powered initiatives
  • Lead high-impact product work end-to-end: problem framing, discovery, delivery, launch, and iteration — with a strong focus on outcomes
  • Translate complex data and AI capabilities into clear, intuitive user value
  • Identify high-value workflows where data, ML, or GenAI can meaningfully reduce effort or unlock new outcomes
  • Partner with Design, UX Research, and Data to combine qualitative insights with quantitative analysis
  • Run discovery on AI-powered experiences (summaries, recommendations, agents, automation)
  • Monitor best-in-class vertical SaaS and horizontal SaaS (vSaaS, hSaaS, analytics, growth tools) to inform bold but grounded ideas
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with accountability for delivery, adoption, and impact
  • Work closely with Engineering and Data on semantic layer quality, data trust, warehouse performance and AI feasibility
  • Navigate trade-offs between innovation, scalability, cost, and reliability
  • Bring clarity to complex initiatives, especially where UX, data, and AI intersect
  • Proactively identify risks and dependencies, and drive alignment across teams
  • Define and track clear success metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, efficiency, revenue impact)
  • Build lightweight business cases to guide prioritisation and stakeholder decisions
  • Collaborate with Sales, CSM and Marketing on launches, enablement, and positioning
  • Ensure insights and AI features are understandable, trusted, and actionable for customers
  • Continuously gather feedback and iterate based on real-world usage
  • Actively contribute to the Product team’s standards, rituals, and best practices
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, Data, and Leadership to shape bsport’s AI and data strategy
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Champion experimentation, learning, and thoughtful innovation

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in data-heavy, platform, or vertical SaaS environments
  • Proven ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
  • Strong product sense: you can turn complex data or AI capabilities into simple, valuable experiences
  • Deep interest in AI and data-driven products, with hands-on experience designing, launching, or scaling AI-powered or ML-backed features
  • Strong understanding and curiosity for the current AI landscape and state of the art, and experience applying it to real internal or customer-facing use cases — including clear learnings, trade-offs, and outcomes
  • Comfortable working with data, analytics, and ML/AI concepts (you don’t need to code, but you know what good looks like)
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for action and learning
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English

What we offer

  • Attractive compensation package
  • Hybrid model with remote days to support balance and flexibility
  • Enjoy up to 15 days of remote work from abroad each year
  • Fully-funded Alan private health coverage
  • Stay active with a specially discounted DIR gym membership
  • Multicultural colleagues, after-work events, team-building & more
