Job Description

Product Manager (Bone Health & Cardiovascular) will be reporting to Commercial Director and the main responsibilities will be as follows: • Leads country brand plan development and strategic & tactical implementation and owns brand strategy from idea to implementation and monitoring to reach corporate and business goals • Leads the brand team and owns the brand agenda by partnering with cross-functional teams including Medical, VA&P, Regulatory, Sales, Finance, Congress & Events, and other related functions & stakeholders to maximize the brand performance as one team • Develops and excels strong customer experience across all channels for both internal and external key stakeholders • Conducts regular market analysis, develops deep understanding on business dynamics, patient &HCP journey with also tracking the competitive environment and leveraging the growth opportunities • Leads business cases and launch excellence processes in all aspects across functions • Leads and supports the promotional activities with active involvement and accountability • Partners with the field force to drive the brand strategies and tactics, congress and events excellence, customer journey touchpoints, message delivery with aspirational branding story flow • Plans, executes, and monitors seamless omni-channel customer and disease awareness experience with orchestrating context and content thru multiple channels • Actively collaborates and co-creates in joint processes and projects with other marketing colleagues • Assumes the responsibility for sales and OpEx forecasts, financial planning, market, and brand analysis • Partners with global and regional marketing teams to implement global to local effectively and proactively shares local best/better practices with global teams • Manage and work with external vendors and Amgen Global Service Centers to gather necessary services and develop creatives for both digital and physical

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, commercial or customer-face functions with solid track-record of success
  • 2+ years pharma brand management experience
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both oral and written communications
  • Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude with growth mindset
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage time constraints well, takes initiative and acts pro-actively, enthusiastically, and creatively
  • Demonstrates leader and can-do attitude with excellent engagement skills
  • Demonstrates strategic and systematic thinking, analytical approach, excellence in operations and project management

  • Generate new business opportunities and increase casino visitation by representing the business at external events, networking opportunities, and Provincial Club engagements
