Blockchain.com is home to one of the world’s most recognized and heavily trafficked Blockchain Explorers. Now, we’re looking for an ambitious, crypto-native Product Manager to take the Explorer to the next level—transforming it from an essential utility into a dynamic, scalable, revenue-generating business pillar.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own the Explorer: Lead vision, strategy, and execution to transform the Explorer into a true business driver—not just a tool.
  • Set a new standard: Reimagine the Explorer’s user experience, design, performance, and scalability to make it the go-to blockchain data platform.
  • Drive revenue: Identify and launch innovative features, integrations, and monetization streams (ads, premium analytics, APIs, dashboards, etc.).
  • Obsess over metrics: Set clear KPIs for engagement, growth, and monetization. Iterate ruthlessly based on data and user feedback.
  • Push the boundaries: Constantly benchmark the product against the best in Web3 and beyond. Take inspiration from degens and power users
  • don’t be afraid to experiment.
  • Work across the org: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to deliver at speed.
  • Be the Explorer evangelist: Inspire internal teams and the wider crypto community around your vision.

Requirements:

  • A passion for crypto: You’re a blockchain degen at heart. You use explorers, analyze trends, and keep up with the wildest corners of Web3.
  • Startup attitude: You move fast, love to build, and know how to turn ideas into business impact.
  • 2+ years in Product Management, working in crypto, fintech, financial services.
  • Growth mindset: Proven ability to scale products, find product-market fit, and drive monetization.
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable discussing blockchain data, API integrations, scaling, and analytics.
  • Data-driven: Advanced with metrics, experimentation, and SQL.
  • Clear communicator: Able to articulate vision, strategy, and priorities to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
