Job Description

The Monetization team owns our subscription revenue and is responsible for optimizing pricing, packaging, conversion, and billing. As Product Manager, you will be the subject matter expert on our billing system and be the primary driver of improving our billing rates. Additionally, you will own experiences for how our users engage and manage with their Rocket Money subscription in-app. You will also play a pivotal role in our pricing and packaging strategy.

Job Responsibility

  • Deeply understand Rocket Money’s billing system, in partnership with Engineering and Data partners
  • Identify and execute opportunities to optimize Rocket Money’s subscription revenue
  • Improve and streamline the user experience for Rocket Money subscriptions
  • Define the roadmap for the Subscriptions team, thoughtfully prioritizing projects based on opportunity size and impact
  • Launch well-designed A/B tests that target your KPIs for measurable impact
  • Engage closely with the Engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods to achieve our customer and business objectives
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative research to identify product opportunities and prioritize your roadmap
  • Drive and motivate a team of engineers to ship efficiently and effectively
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Lifecycle, and Member Support teams to build software collaboratively and inclusively

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a product manager or product owner
  • You possess a unique combination of technical prowess, empathy, and strategy
  • You’re a master cross functional collaborator comfortable working with other product managers, engineers, external partners, and operational teams
  • You can use data and customer feedback to generate insights, identify opportunities, and tell a story
  • You have an owner’s mindset
