For Würth Elektronik eiSos we are looking for you to join our team in full-time (40 hours) as a Product Manager Automotive Passive Components (m/f/d) in Barcelona.

Job Responsibility

  • Shape how portfolio of passive components for automotive industry evolves
  • Combine technical understanding with market awareness, coordinate international interfaces
  • Drive new product development and further enhancement of existing solutions
  • Turn market requirements into robust, future-oriented product solutions
  • Work on and lead projects to develop new passive components for automotive applications
  • Evaluate how existing products can be adapted to meet new market and customer requirements
  • Analyze markets, identify trends in automotive sector, develop suitable strategies together with product marketing
  • Maintain overview of passive components portfolio for automotive business, research relevant developments, derive concrete next steps
  • Perform technical evaluation of components including electrical measurements and assessment of technical results
  • Work closely with international production sites, coordinate approvals, support optimization measures, help ensure product quality and supply chain reliability

Requirements

  • Degree in electronics, electrical engineering, telecommunications, power electronics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience with passive components is an advantage
  • Good understanding of trends, requirements, and developments in the automotive sector is desirable
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Works independently, communicates clearly, and brings a collaborative mindset to international teamwork
  • Willingness to travel internationally
