Right now, we need to strengthen our Product Management team with a Product Manager – App, who will lead and drive the App vision, strategy, and roadmap connected to Marshall’s ecosystem of products.

Job Responsibility

  • Define, build, and optimize the global mobile app experience, including guiding the consolidation of multiple existing apps into one unified, high-performing digital product
  • Develop, plan, and present the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Marshall app
  • Translate customer- and market insights, competitive benchmark, user analytics, and customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities
  • Explore app strategy for new business areas, including connected experiences across Marshall’s ecosystem
  • Align the App team and bridge the communication around the objectives, priorities, and requirements
  • Balance customer value, business impact, and technical considerations, making informed trade-offs in partnership with Design and Engineering
  • Partner with QA to ensure stable releases and a positive user experience
  • Manage development from discovery through iterative cycles to launch, ensuring predictable, incremental delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Sales, on app engagement strategies, user scenarios, and communication
  • Collaborate with App and Hardware teams to strengthen ways of working and ensure seamless end-to-end experiences across software, firmware, and devices
  • Communicate the app direction, decisions, and progress to stakeholders, leadership, and the Management team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Product Management experience with a strong focus on mobile app development and digital experience
  • Experience with connected devices, consumer electronics, wearables, or similar ecosystems
  • Solid technical foundation from a product development organization
  • Demonstrated success leading digital products from concept to launch and iteration
  • Familiarity with iOS/Android/Harmony platform

  • Partner with Product Design to drive continuous improvements to the scientist experience through user research, usability testing, and iterative refinement of user flows that reduce friction in data capture without sacrificing data integrity or compliance
