Job Description

The XF APAC Products team's mission is to harness emerging trends originating in APAC, monetize, and bring relevant solutions to other parts of the world. We define new models of building, launching, and scaling commercial solutions leveraging close proximity to markets and best-in-class partnerships with our business teams. This role will focus on our commerce products portfolio spanning creator monetization programs, Live Shopping experiences, and brand-retailer advertising solutions to drive adoption and revenue growth across key APAC markets.

Job Responsibility

  • The primary driver for identifying significant opportunities across our commerce products portfolio, and driving product vision, strategies and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals
  • Leads and motivates a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives, and maintains team health
  • Incorporate data, research and market analysis - with a focus on APAC-originated trends to inform product strategies and roadmaps that can scale globally
  • Understand Meta's strategic and competitive position in commerce and creator monetization to deliver products that are aligned with our mission and recognized best in the industry
  • Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm

Requirements

  • 8+ years product management or related industry experience
  • 2+ years of experience in building commerce, ads, or creator monetization products
  • A Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
  • Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
  • Experience in gathering requirements across a variety of areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
  • Experience in analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data
  • Experience delivering technical presentations, and a proven track record of effective communications skills
  • Displaying leadership, organizational and execution skills

Nice to have

  • Familiarity and/or experience building within commerce, creator economy, or advertising partnership ecosystems
  • Familiarity with AI-native ways of working and an adaptable mindset for agile, iterative experimentation
