Job Responsibility:

  • Define the strategic roadmap for Sokin's banking connectivity across APAC
  • Build the business case for market expansion, analyzing client demand, payment volumes, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements
  • Understand the specific payment needs of different APAC markets
  • Define what we need from banking relationships in each market
  • Collaborate on sourcing and evaluating potential partners
  • Work with engineering to scope and prioritize integration work
  • Own the ongoing performance and optimization of our APAC banking infrastructure
  • Stay ahead of the APAC payments landscape, tracking developments in instant payment schemes, open banking regulations, and emerging settlement mechanisms
  • Gather feedback from clients and sales teams
  • Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
  • Work directly with a cross-functional team of engineers
  • Spend time with customers to discover new product ideas
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
  • Create and manage product roadmaps
  • Prioritize product features and requirements
  • Work closely with product marketing and sales to launch new products
