Job Responsibility

  • Own the product vision — from discovery through delivery for AI agent products in the AdTech and media space
  • Bridge business and technology — translate customer/stakeholder needs into product strategy and technical requirements
  • Talk to customers directly — understand their real problems, not the ones they think they have
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with data scientists, senior engineers, marketing and senior management
  • Solve problems, not escalate them

Requirements

  • Technically fluent in AI/ML
  • Basic understanding of the full stack — hardware (GPUs, compute infrastructure), model layer (LLMs), and application layer (APIs, UIs, integrations)
  • Customer-obsessed and a natural communicator
  • A self-starter with high agency
  • Energized by building, not managing
  • Experienced in advertising, media, or AdTech
  • 3–6+ years in product management — with meaningful exposure to AI/ML products or technically complex platforms

  • Become an expert in your product areas, acting as the go to person for other stakeholders before speaking to the technical data science and software engineering teams
  • Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, data scientists and other product teams to scope new or refine existing AI solutions that increase business value, adoption, and user engagement
  • Lead discussions with BU stakeholders to identify business process and underlying needs. Draft clear and concise business requirements and technical product documentation
  • Interface with internal to Zelis engineering and product teams to manage the intake process for new requests
