Job Description

Lead the strategic development and implementation of generative AI technologies to enhance our firm’s legal and administrative services. Your primary responsibility will be to define the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and legal experts, to drive product development from concept to launch. By championing the effective integration of AI technologies, you will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a forward-looking AI innovation roadmap aligned with the firm’s strategic objectives and client service goals
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI solutions that can enhance workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and elevate client experiences
  • Lead ideation sessions and design sprints with cross-functional stakeholders to conceptualize new AI-driven tools and prototypes
  • Gather and analyze user requirements from attorneys and staff to inform the design of effective, user-centric AI solutions
  • Engage developers, data scientists, and legal subject matter experts to design, build, and refine AI applications and automations that address real-world legal and operational challenges
  • Oversee pilot programs and proof-of-concepts, ensuring tools are rigorously tested, iteratively improved, and effectively deployed across the firm
  • Collaborate with the Office of General Counsel and compliance teams to ensure all AI tools meet ethical, security, and regulatory standards
