Job Description

A venture-backed AI startup is looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help shape the future of an intelligence platform being built from the ground up. This is not a traditional PM role. They're looking for someone who thinks in systems, builds with AI first, and thrives in ambiguity. Someone who would rather prototype than write a 20-page spec.

Job Responsibility

Work directly with founders, engineering, and design to define the future of a platform sitting at the intersection of AI, real-world data, and intelligent automation

Requirements

  • Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments
  • AI native mindset, using AI as leverage, not just a feature
  • Builder mentality, prototypes, workflows, internal tools, experimentation
  • Strong product intuition and customer judgement
  • Builder mentality with the ability to prototype and ship ideas
  • Excellent communication skills and high ownership mentality
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information

What we offer

  • Direct founder exposure and significant influence over product direction
  • The opportunity to shape an AI platform from an early stage
  • High autonomy, fast decision-making, and real ownership
  • Competitive salary, equity, and strong long-term upside
  • Work alongside an ambitious, high-calibre team solving complex problems
  • Hybrid working in London with an in-person, collaborative culture
