Develop account-level and vertical-level roadmaps, translating customer needs into scalable products or reusable frameworks

Executive presence and a customer obsession mindset
Strong strategic thinking paired with detail orientation
Ability to communicate both qualitatively and quantitatively

Nice to have:
Experience building or deploying AI agents, workflow automation tools, or retrieval-augmented systems
Experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions architect, or consultant with strong product instincts
Prior role in a hyper-growth startup or high-performing enterprise product org
