We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong ad tech experience to lead products that sit at the intersection of advertising platforms, data, and algorithmic decisioning. You’ll own a roadmap focused on improving performance and scalability across DSPs, Ad platforms and networks. This role is ideal for someone who is autonomous, highly analytical, and excited about building products powered by innovative algorithms.
Job Responsibility:
Own the product strategy and roadmap for algorithm-driven ad tech products
Translate business goals into product requirements for data science and engineering teams, turning ambiguous problems into specs and success metrics
Work deeply with advertising platforms / DSPs (e.g., DV360, Amazon DSP, Meta, Google Ads, etc.) to help shape and define integrations, constraints, and opportunities
Drive experimentation and iteration: Assist Tech teams in A/B tests, model evaluations, and performance analyses to continuously improve outcomes
Partner cross-functionally with Data Science, Engineering, Sales, and Ops to deliver end-to-end solutions
Monitor product performance through dashboards and analytics, creating insights and proposing improvements proactively
Lead discovery with customers & internal stakeholders, gathering feedback, validating pain points, and shaping solutions
Manage execution autonomously, keeping delivery on track while communicating tradeoffs clearly
Requirements:
3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in ad tech or programmatic platforms
Hands-on experience with DSPs / ad platforms and the programmatic ecosystem (RTB auctions, Social, SSPs, data providers, measurement partners)
Strong understanding of algorithms in advertising, such as bidding optimization, budget allocation, pacing, attribution, forecasting, targeting, or recommendation systems
Analytical and data-driven mindset: comfortable defining KPIs, building measurement frameworks, and using data to prioritize and validate decisions
High autonomy and ownership: you thrive without heavy process, proactively find answers, and push initiatives forward
Excellent communication skills: you can explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
