Job Description:

We’re seeking a passionate and analytical Product Manager to shape the next generation of SiriusXM’s Ad Buying Experience — driving innovation, scalability, and seamless integration across our proprietary ad platforms and third-party systems.

Job Responsibility:

  • Track and anticipate market trends in ad technology, programmatic buying, and platform integrations
  • Translate stakeholder goals from Advertisers, SiriusXM Ad Revenue Organization, Ad Product Marketing, Finance, and Analytics into clear product requirements and actionable priorities
  • Work with manager/teammates to help define and drive the product vision and roadmap for key components of SiriusXM Media’s ad buying ecosystem
  • Leverage data and insights to guide product decisions, validate feature impact, and inform roadmap prioritization
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for your product area
  • Champion integration excellence, ensuring seamless interoperability between SiriusXM’s proprietary systems and external ad tech partners
  • Collaborate across teams including go-to-market, design, engineering, QA, sales, ad operations, and finance to design, create, and launch ad buying platform features

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years software product management experience
  • Very familiar with the tools and operational workflows of the digital and/or broadcast ad buying industries from pre-sale through post-sale including planning, trafficking, optimization, billing, and revenue recognition
  • Experience using buy side or sell side ad systems, proprietary or 3rd party
  • Experience working with engineering and QA teams in building and launching ad technology features end-to-end
  • Strong analytical background and proficiency in assessing the value of features to inform roadmap priorities and being able to justify the approach to stakeholders
