As a Product Manager on the team, you’ll help define and build the next generation of active trading experiences at Robinhood. This role balances ambition with responsibility: advancing state-of-the-art AI usage in fintech while ensuring our products are explainable, compliant, and built for long-term trust.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set the vision and roadmap for active trading, defining how AI can elevate traders’ investing experience within clear safety and compliance boundaries
  • Ship innovative features end-to-end with Research, Design, Engineering, and Data Science, from rapid prototyping through launch and ongoing iteration
  • Incorporate regulatory and policy requirements into the product by working with compliance, legal, security, and privacy to build reusable guardrails
  • Lead launches across demos, customer education, support readiness, and cross-functional comms
  • coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth rollouts
  • Prioritize product features and experimentation based on user feedback, measured impact, and strategic alignment across Robinhood
  • Set clear goals and metrics to measure product usage, adoption, and performance and use them to steer the roadmap

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years in building and launching high-quality consumer products
  • Strong technical understanding of GenAI, agents, and machine learning, with the ability to work closely with engineers and researchers
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder products at scale
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence without authority
  • Data-driven mindset and a passion for improving customer experience
