  • Strong communicator who can influence technical and commercial teams alike
  • Experienced in managing complex, multi-touchpoint customer journeys
  • Curious, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth understanding of B2C customer behaviour and trends

Nice to have:

  • Experience in ecommerce, travel, hospitality, or marketplaces
  • Familiarity with performance marketing, personalisation, or CRM journeys
  • Exposure to guest-facing apps or cross-device experiences
What we offer:
  • Annual bonus scheme linked to company performance
  • 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), plus up to 5 extra with long service
  • Birthday day off + 2 volunteering days per year
  • Enhanced parental leave (24 weeks maternity, 3 weeks paternity at full pay)
  • Discounts on stays with our brands + wellbeing offers
  • Health cash plan & life assurance
