Job Description

Product Manager 6 - Equipment Intelligence. As a Product Manager at Lam, you play a crucial role in defining the strategy, roadmap, and features of the product. You are both strategic and tactical. You will span the entire product life cycle, from definition and planning to production release, upgrades, and end-of-life. Your leadership skills will be vital in ensuring cross-functional collaboration across different departments to drive the success of the portfolio of products. With your expertise in both business and technical domains, you’ll bring the product vision to life for Lam and our customers. Equipment Intelligence (EI) is a suite of add-on products, software, and services which are designed to improve machine availability (MA), green-to-green (G2G) tool maintenance and recovery, minimize the cost of maintenance and Install/Warranty (I&W), and assist with trouble-shooting. In this role you will be responsible for creating and communicating the roadmap for EI development and implementation into all Etch products.

Job Responsibility

  • Work cross functionally with GPE, CSBG, Business Development/Marketing, Engineering and Product Line Heads and Technical Owners
  • Define the use cases and set priorities
  • Maintain alignment of all organizations to meet deliverables to the roadmaps

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
  • or 12 years and a Master's degree
  • or a PhD with 8 years experience
  • or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with sensors or chamber diagnostics
  • Excellent, demonstrated communication skills and influence skills
  • Track record of delivering on commitments
  • Structured problem solving skills

Experience with Lam etch chambers preferred
