Product Manager- CxE Purview

The Customer Acceleration Team (CAT) is part of the Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) division within Microsoft’s Security business. We work with customers from all over the world and all shapes and sizes, and we work directly with engineering to shape the product based on these customer insights. The CAT PM will handle technical aspects of customer and partner engagements with a focus on security and AI initiatives. This role entails providing proactive guidance, active listening, dealing with ambiguity and driving technical execution. The key Microsoft Security products driven through our team are within the Purview portfolio whcih include Data Security, Data Compliance, and Data Governance solutions. We partner closely with our Purview Product Engineering Teams to improve our products by gathering insights from the thousands of customers we work with daily. You must have a passion for content creation and be willing to educate the field on best practices and product use.
