Job Responsibility:
Define market needs, identify customer problems, and establish Go-To-Market strategies that achieve business results
Champion product internally and externally — evangelizing solutions with sales, applications, channels, and customers
Build strong relationships across executive leadership, engineering, sales, and global teams to ensure alignment
Lead innovation and influence industry direction through trade events, partnerships, and professional networks
Requirements:
7-15 years of professional experience in power and/ or thermal solutions
Prior roles in Engineering, Technical Product Management, or a combination of Engineering and Product Management
Preferred – Degree(s) in Electrical Engineering and/or Mechanical Engineering
Strong technical knowledge of power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters, drives, chargers) and thermal management technologies (EC fans, liquid cooling, pumps, solenoids)
Skilled in market research, data analysis, business case development, and cross-functional collaboration
