Job Description:

The Product Manager is responsible for Addepar's Android application, providing key financial insights to investors. The role involves taking ownership of key initiatives and collaborating across teams to drive initiatives independently to derive meaningful impact.

Job Responsibility:

Translate high-level business problems into clear product requirements with well-documented user stories and acceptance criteria
Possess deep understanding of product in terms of users, business value, technical landscape, data, vendors, and relation to larger system
Build consensus with cross-functional team to prioritize and define increments of work
Identify and prioritize impactful product opportunities based on user needs, feasibility, and business value
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Own key initiatives and collaborate across teams to drive initiatives independently

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience and education demonstrating proficiency in product management and user workflows
Experience building enterprise Mobile Apps features/products
Domain knowledge/expertise regarding finance/investments, particularly regarding the valuation of investments in different asset classes (preferred)
Practical knowledge of agile thinking and lean practices
Ability to identify appropriate tools and techniques to accomplish objectives
Legal authorization to work in India on the first day of employment (visa sponsorship not available)

Nice to have:

Domain knowledge/expertise regarding finance/investments, particularly regarding the valuation of investments in different asset classes
Creative (non-dogmatic) with project approaches, willingness to experiment
