Job Description

Seeking a senior Product Manager to own media mastering and distribution platforms supporting digital cinema workflows. This role partners closely with engineering and post-production teams to deliver scalable, standards-compliant tools used in high-volume, deadline-driven environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Own product roadmap for media mastering and distribution tools
  • Manage backlog and Agile delivery with engineering teams
  • Drive automation, quality, and reliability across mastering workflows, including AI-assisted capabilities

Requirements

  • 7+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner supporting media supply chain, mastering, or distribution platforms
  • Experience with Digital Cinema Package (DCP) and Interoperable Master Format (IMF) workflows
  • Knowledge of Composition Playlist (CPL) and Packing List (PKL) used in digital cinema packaging and validation
  • Experience working with encrypted digital cinema content and Key Delivery Message (KDM) workflows
  • Proven Agile / Scrum product ownership experience
  • Experience using artificial intelligence (AI) enabled tools such as Cursor to support product development, automation, or operational efficiency
  • Background in digital cinema, studio technology, or entertainment
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills
