As part of our Supply Chain ambition to deliver best-in-class performance through superior quality, value, and availability, we are expanding our team. As the Product Manager - Manufacturing, you will lead the development and standardization of critical manufacturing capabilities across our global network. You will “own” manufacturing capabilities — integrating processes, people, technology, and data to enable digital transformation across multiple sites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the vision and roadmap for Manufacturing digital transformation, aligned to Digital Supply Chain strategy
  • Capture and prioritize user requirements
  • translate them into actionable work for delivery teams
  • Partner with technology and business teams
  • lead workshops to drive consensus, delivery alignment, and adoption
  • Drive standardization of processes, people, technology, and data across sites through reusable solutions
  • Act as SME for assigned supply chain processes, advising on standards, risks, and opportunities
  • Partner with Project Managers to embed process requirements into project scope and plans
  • Ensure alignment with central governance and quality frameworks
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for value creation
  • Monitor process KPIs and recommend corrective actions

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/supply chain environment
  • Engineering qualification (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Experience capturing requirements and working in agile delivery teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement across sites/functions
  • Experience with Jira/Confluence, SharePoint/Teams, and strong documentation practices

Nice to have:

  • Experience with manufacturing equipment and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES) and/or IoT/data analytics, or similar platforms
  • Experience working across multiple manufacturing sites or global teams
  • Background in quality, manufacturing engineering, or manufacturing technology implementation
