Are you ready to lead the market success of Loop-X, our cutting-edge imaging solution? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to be part of our team and to take ownership in the development, launch and lifecycle of the Loop-X. In this role, you’ll focus on managing the full product lifecycle of the Loop-X, driving strategic prioritization, while fostering close partnerships with clinical teams. Your work will span everything from evaluating business opportunities for multiple clinical applications to collaborating with R&D, supporting market strategy, and driving the product’s evolution from development to market success.
Job Responsibility:
Manage current product success throughout all phases of the product lifecycle
driving enhancements to keep the product relevant and competitive
Actively gather and analyze feedback from customers, service teams, and market data to implement product improvements
Develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies to boost Loop-X visibility, adoption, and market positioning
Equip the sales team with powerful tools, training, and resources to effectively promote and sell Loop-X
Work closely with our support teams to streamline service processes, elevating customer satisfaction
Partner with internal teams to deliver cohesive, integrated solutions and support that drive Loop-X market success
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent education in Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 3 years in Product Management, Product Marketing or a similar role, ideally within healthcare, imaging, robotics, or related high-tech industries
Experience in Image Guided Surgery is considered a strong advantage
Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, with expertise in scope management, evaluation of business opportunities, prioritization, and defining specifications
Ability to translate complex contexts and solutions into clear and concise visions and actionable strategies
Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage complex operational and project-based tasks
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills in both English (negotiation level) and preferably also German
Based in Munich, with willingness for up to 20% travel
Nice to have:
Experience in Image Guided Surgery
German language skills
