We are looking for an ambitious, driven Product Manager to join our team. Job Responsibility:

Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap aligned to the companies vision and strategy
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends
Work directly with a cross-functional team of engineers to deliver value often
Spend time with customers to discover new product ideas, identify product improvements and validate product solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
Create and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals
Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer value and business impact
Work closely with product marketing and sales to launch new products to customers
Monitor product performance and use quantitative and qualitative insight to drive continuous improvement
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries
Own the suite of products that help our enterprise clients navigate currency risk and optimize their operations
Build sophisticated FX risk management tools
Understand the nuances of how different businesses experience FX risk
Identify specific pain points and translate those into elegant product solutions
Balance flexibility and automation in product design

Requirements:

Excited by and have experience in building products that customers love within the fintech space
Driven to make a difference and want to fully own your product roadmap
Enjoys getting into the details and understanding the mechanics of your product and the data behind it
Comfortable working closely with financial, risk, and legal stakeholders
Enjoys working in cross-functional teams alongside engineers, designers, and other functions
Has a good understanding of technical concepts and can work closely with engineers
Loves solving problems in innovative and creative ways
