Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) team in Warsaw / Kraków. In this role, you will collaborate closely with vendors, key partners, and internal stakeholders to drive product sales and market expansion. As part of a dynamic team of sales professionals, you will focus on sales growth, vendor relationship management, and executing strategic plans to support business development and long-term success. The main focus of this role will be on developing the market and strengthening partnerships within the Small Business segment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow product sales and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the security vendor, key partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Expand and enhance the product portfolio to meet market demands and drive business growth
  • Execute marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization for product promotion and sales growth
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and negotiate project pricing with vendors and partners
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with vendors to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Cooperate within the project team to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives
  • Participate in industry conferences and events to stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in vendor management or business development, preferably in IT distribution
  • Strong relationship management skills with experience working with vendors and partners
  • Excellent communication, flexibility, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (Power BI is a plus)
  • Fluent in Polish and English (essential for internal and external communication)
  • Knowledge of IT security solutions, especially Fortinet is a plus
  • Experience in the IT product sector or a background in sales within distribution companies is preferable
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Oracle, or other CRM systems is an advantage
