We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) team in Warsaw / Kraków. In this role, you will collaborate closely with vendors, key partners, and internal stakeholders to drive product sales and market expansion. As part of a dynamic team of sales professionals, you will focus on sales growth, vendor relationship management, and executing strategic plans to support business development and long-term success. The main focus of this role will be on developing the market and strengthening partnerships within the Small Business segment.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow product sales and expand market share
Build and maintain strong relationships with the security vendor, key partners, and internal stakeholders
Expand and enhance the product portfolio to meet market demands and drive business growth
Execute marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization for product promotion and sales growth
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and negotiate project pricing with vendors and partners
Monitor stock levels and collaborate with vendors to optimize supply chain efficiency
Cooperate within the project team to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives
Participate in industry conferences and events to stay updated on market trends and competitor strategies
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in vendor management or business development, preferably in IT distribution
Strong relationship management skills with experience working with vendors and partners
Excellent communication, flexibility, and analytical skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (Power BI is a plus)
Fluent in Polish and English (essential for internal and external communication)
Knowledge of IT security solutions, especially Fortinet is a plus
Experience in the IT product sector or a background in sales within distribution companies is preferable
Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Oracle, or other CRM systems is an advantage
