For more information, please visit www.biocatch.com. We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our product team and lead initiatives focused on Financial Crime solutions. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience building products in the financial crime domain and a deep understanding of how banks detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent and scam-related activity.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the product roadmap for Financial Crime capabilities, covering Fraud, Scams, and related risk use cases
  • Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, and UX to build scalable, data-driven solutions
  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Solutions teams to support deployments, upgrades, and go-to-market efforts
  • Engage directly with customers to understand real-world fraud and scam workflows, operational challenges, and regulatory constraints
  • Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive offerings in the Financial Crime space
  • Drive prioritization decisions based on customer impact, risk reduction, and business value
  • Lead agile product processes, including backlog management and release coordination

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B software company
  • Experience working with data-driven, large-scale, and cloud-based systems
  • Experience with SaaS products in a B2B environment
  • Hands-on experience working in an agile development environment
  • Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Financial Crime products
  • Strong understanding of how banks operate fraud and scam teams, including investigation and decision workflows
  • Experience with ML/AI-powered products
  • Background in cybersecurity, fraud, risk, or financial crime platforms
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations related to fraud and scams
