Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Product Manager – eCommerce Platform to lead the next stage of our digital growth. In this role, you’ll shape our eCommerce roadmap, drive feature delivery, and enhance the online customer experience to support strong revenue and conversion outcomes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, Marketing, eCommerce, Product and Sales to prioritise key initiatives, optimise the platform, and deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. With a strong Agile focus, you’ll guide sprint planning, improve ways of working, and collaborate with vendors and technical specialists to ensure smooth and effective delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Owning the eCommerce feature backlog and roadmap
  • Delivering new features that boost conversion, engagement and customer experience
  • Leading Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement
  • Managing releases, platform stability and change processes
  • Producing process maps, wireframes, test cases and integration specs
  • Managing vendors, contracts and SLAs
  • Overseeing upgrades and enhancement projects
  • Working with developers and designers on seamless digital experiences

Requirements:

  • IT-related tertiary qualifications plus Agile certification
  • 5+ years’ experience managing eCommerce platforms and delivering digital solutions in Agile environments
  • Proven ability to grow online revenue and improve conversion
  • Strong analytics capability using Google Analytics to turn insights into actions
  • Experience in design-led delivery, prototyping, and human-centred design
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, test-driven development, modern APIs and cloud technologies
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or similar
  • Solid grounding in SDLC, business analysis, project management and change management
  • Technical proficiency in one or more of: JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL, Zendesk, AWS, Jira, Mailchimp, RMS/SMS, or similar tools
  • Strong communicator who can influence stakeholders and explain technical concepts in a simple, relatable way
  • Customer‑focused, curious, and committed to continuous improvement
